Question: i hav used dettol to clean my penis and now tht is burnt n turned into black colour what to do?

Needs dressing and antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
You need to get some cream called as Sumaag dressing cream.
It is antiseptic dressing cream
Use it to dress the organ

You may start a minor antibiotic like ciprofloxacin
This can be taken for 5 days

If its deep, shedding of skin may cause discomfort
