Question: Hi just over two days my finger on both hands is turning dark like I have newsprint on them

1. have you exposed your hand to extremes of temperature like too hot or too cold water?

2. Do you have any tingling sensation in the fingers?

3. Are the senations over fingers normal?

4. Are you able to hold objects normally with each hand?

5. have you exposed your hand to excess water or wetness?

Hi I haven't exposed my fingers to cold etc and I have normal sensation. The edges of my finger that is the skin looks as though I've been pulling weeds from a garden

Dear Ms

Manual working especially using garden tools could cause discolouration of fingers.
I would suggest you the following

1. Keep the hands covered in warm gloves

2. Avoid exposure to extremes of temperature

3. Local application of Moisturizing cream to fingers

4. Refrain from physical labour and work

If the discolouration worsens then do consult your Physician for assessment.
