Brief Answer:
yes...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the answer is that you should be concerned. Of course tests are required to determine the diagnosis but dark orange urine and itchiness are signs of jaundice, which is a serious condition. Its potential causes are many and require investigation to be identified. Sometimes it's caused by drugs but infections, tumors, toxins, etc may come into play.

The investigation should start with serum bilirubin (total and direct), urinalysis, liver function tests, complete blood count and - if the tests indicate liver problems - a liver ultrasound scan.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
