Question : Hi i have dark skin around mouth in a different pattern. i have attached the pic. i tried chemical peels, kojic acid creams, and other lightening creams, vitamic c serums etc which was prescribed by dermalogists. the skin darkness didnot reduce. i used whitening tabs like glutone, ethiglo for 3 months with vitamin c tabs. after using whitening tabs this darkness around mouth completly gone and i have very even tone skin. but if i stop using those tablets it is coming back. What should i do? i want permanent solution to remove this completly it looks somewhaf ackward. nothing works other than glutathione whitening tabs. is there any laser treatments available to competly erase this? please suggest.

Darkness around can cause due to hormonal fluctuations, aging, damages due to sun or dry skin also.

I would suggest you to try some home remedies such as using Boroplus total body moisturizing lotion for the effected areas. Using vicco turmeric skin cream also helps. Use sunscreen lotions containing oxybenzone.

Yes laser treatments such as fractional non-ablative laser or intensed pulsed light and bleaching creams containing hydroquinone have given effective results. You can try them too. It is best to discuss these options with your dermatologist.
