Hi dear.Thanks for your query.

As per your description I would make a provisional diagnosis of varicocele of scrotum which is nothing but dilated blood vessels around the scrotum.This requires a surgery correction and removal of these dilated veins.Do not panic.

I would recommend to get an ultrasound of scrotum and consult a surgeon to plan further line of management.
