This is called balanoposthitis, get blood sugar checked.
You have to take a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole of 5 days for you and your sex partner. you may be fine .

Please get a complete course of an antibiotic, metronidazole for 5 days for you both ( you and your sex partner), a single dose of oral anti-fungal tablets and avoid sex for 10 days.
Please get your blood sugar checked.
Keep the area clean with water 2 to 4 times a day.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Keep the area aerated well, by loose underwear, particularly when you are at home.

Your partner may need a Gynecologist's check up if the above treatment has not helped. There may be a hidden problem which only an internal examination by a Gynecologist can find and needs treatment according to the finding on examination.
