Brief Answer:
most likely normal, but get checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
We term this condition haematospermia, and the good news is, it almost always is a benign condition.
However, a few basic tests need to be done, and these include a transrectal ultrasound for prostate, a PSA blood test, a complete urine analysis, a semen analysis, and if required, a simple test called uroflowmetry. Based on the reports of these investigations, we can plan further treatment.
You mat need to take antibiotics like ciprofloxacin if thete is infection and Flomax if there is any evidence of difficulty in voiding urine.
Hope I have been of help.
