Brief Answer:
stop neosporin
Detailed Answer:

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Well hormones are not the ones who are causing this. They are safe. But neosporin can cause it. Use of this medication for prolonged or repeated periods may result in a fungal infection or a different bacterial skin infection. Also it can cause rash over skin.
So I suggest you to stop applying neosporin as soon as possible.Topical steroids will further help reduce it.Use Betnovate ointment and if not responding to this oral steroids can be started . anti-inflammatory drugs like levo-cetrizine will also help reducing the symptoms.
All these should only be taken after discussing this with your dermatologist.
Anything else you want to ask?
Thank you.
