Question: im XXXXXXX male aged 54years and i use shoes along with socks regularly almost 40 years.I observed the dark spots legs (both) above my toe .pl advise remedy for disappearance of the above dark spots.

These dark spots could be acnthosis nigricans, callosities or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
The treatment varies in all these conditions.
