Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Since you don't remember the lesion being present here before then it should be followed up carefully. The lesion is well circumscribed and deep seated. If on observation there is increase in size or change in color or shape or depth of the lesion in the next 3 to 5 weeks then a biopsy should be advised to rule out a malignant cause. Consult a dermatologist in this regard.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello again.
Its likely to be a wart but should be observed to look for development of asymmetry, color changes and diameter changes. If present then malignancy must be ruled out.
Thanks
