What Causes Dark Spots Under Armpits And Waist With Severe Itching?

Question: When I was 25 years of age, I had testicular cancer which spread all over my lungs. I've survived it and had been cleared for over 25 years. I've always had issue with psoriasis on my head and fungus toe nail. 5 years above I developed Rosacea. About one year ago dark spots under my armpits and waist sides have appeared and continue to worsen.
They do not itch. I asked my dermatologist and he did not know.
I was told that is due to my low immune system and that is affecting my lymph glands.
I have been using tree types of prescription based anti-fungal, anti-bacterial creams for 3 week and no signs of help to the problem.
Any suggestions?

Brief Answer:
Hard to find a way out. Treatment on proper lines
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details as well as the attached images. I think that your dermatologist is right about what he feels about your condition and the medicines he has suggested. I would not be alarmed by the lack of itchiness. In fact, these conditions are indeed due to your immunity not being in the proper order. You can discuss with your doctor if he would like to prescribe oral antifungals to be taken for a certain duration.
Hope that helps.
Regards
