What Causes Dark Urine?

sir i never drink alchohol .. and not these urine tests i have done. before i have such type urine and doctor told me to drink more water. and after that it was ok. i am in a fear of kidney or liver problem.

yes its true if i drink water then urine color in neat to white.. but i was worried because of little burning feeling was also there. i stopped centrum also.
i started new question because follow up question limit was finished.

When we drink less fluid and water, our body tries to conserve water by reducing urine output.
So urine become concentrated. This concentrated urine is more acidic in nature, so it will cause some burning and gives dark color to urine.
So to avoid all these you should drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
But better to get done urine examination to remove your fear..

Yes doctor with you are right color of urine is most probably due to less water intake.. and i also not taking centrum.
sir i have one last question that is irritating me. From near about 2 weeks i am feeling a slight chest pain right side most of the time i dont feel that. its very slight but i feel irritation when it comes. because i have listened that its the place of heart attact or as u know i was having very bad flu last month .. including slight blood in phlegm so thats why a fear of tuberculosis also there...or it may be stomach gass? My father was a heart patient.. i dont know why i have all of these symptoms are comming these days. sir i am waiting for your suggestions.

no sir its not permanent pain. but u can say when it start it remains for some time. but its not as much that will effect my routine. its left side of my upper chest . and if u check my history i am a patient of GERD ans IBs but now a days my stomach is very much ok. but still i have stomach gass but not very much. and also dont have burning sensation ..

no sir i have never gone under any cardiac test. basically the pain is vey less but i was curious about it. i was checking on internet but i dont have other problems that are associated with hear disease.my real concern is . does this pain is heart related or not? and does the heart disease is such type of disease that travel in generations?

no sir i am not taking any medicine for gerd .. i am only taking probiotics .

problem is everytime i think to come out of all these things somethings happend and again i start thinking and anxiety increased. i have some questions also
does heart problems comes at my age? i am 29 right now. sometimes i think that i am over reating these things . and please also tell me such type of slight pain can be due to heart without other heart disease symptoms?
