Brief Answer:
You need to go to the hospital as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and I hope I can help you today.

I will be brief as I am very concerned about your condition.

You may be having an abruption, which is a separation of the placenta, and preeclampsia, which can cause protein in the urine, high blood pressure and swelling.

But the most important concern is that the baby is not moving properly which can indicate distress

So I recommend you go to your hospital of delivery immediately for evaluation

I hope you follow my advice and I hope your evaluation and delivery result in good health for you and your baby!

Sincerely, Dr. Brown
