Kindly read the details given below:

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query.
I really appreciate your concern towards the rash on your hands.

In absence of other features, the rash is less likely to be due to Addison's disease. In Addison's disease it presents as hyperpigmentation involving both the skin and the mucous membranes (oral cavity).

Addison's disease is characterized by:

*Darkening (hyperpigmentation) of the skin particularly on the skin creases (e.g. of the hands) and the inside of the cheek (buccal mucosa); also, old scars may darken.

*Low blood pressure with or without orthostatic hypotension (blood pressure that decreases with standing).
*Chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, blood tests will show increased calcium level and decreased glucose and potassium.

Since I don't see other symptoms in your post, I wouldn't addison's disease in the list of possibilities.

It is hoped that your doubts are cleared now.
If you are still not convinced, kindly send your photographs of the brown stains and the spots present on your hands or consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Wishing you best of your health.
