What Causes Darker Skin On Glans Penis And Foreskin Tightness?

Infection, treated by medicines, with priority.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
I'll help you out with this health issue, that is rather easily solved.
Given the pictures that you have submitted of the lesion and discoloration on your glans penis ("penis head") I can state with confidence that either:
1. It is a broad fungal infection.
2. More specifically it can be a yeast infection.
3. You might have developed a lichen planus. (Naturally occurring discoloration - harmless, if on the genitals)
I would like to inquire about any recent sexual contact.
The tightness of the underside of your skin of penis, called as the frenulum is due
to a fibrotic reaction to the infection. This fibrosis will grow tighter unless, you eliminate the infection.
I would immediately suggest that you undergo a simple lab test to identify the exact nature of the lesion. We must be aware that we cannot totally cure this problem online.
This is important to prevent papilloma formation, to be on the safe side.
Until then, you must do this,
1. I would suggest a systemic anti fungal - single dose fluconazole tablet.
2. I would recommend a steroid cream - particularly mometasone to temporarily
loosen your foreskin.
3. I would ask you to employ mupirocin cream to eliminate concurrent bacterial
infestations.
Note that, at this stage the tightening of the foreskin (acquired phimosis) can be
treated successfully with steroid creams. Should you neglect it, You might have to either undergo a dorsal slit, or a Z - plasty or a circumcision months later as fibrosis, once set in, is irreversible.
So, take care of your health, as a priority.
If the infection happens to be otherwise, as revealed by the lab test, we can accurately treat it with the necessary medications.
I'm sure that this will resolve in less than a week given this line of treatment.
Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
