Question: What causes Weak urine flow. Can hardly empty bladder. takes long time to finish urinating.

Are a lot conditions that cause weak urinary flow starting from enlarged prostate (most often cause in men )to urinary tract infection or prostat infection ,stones in the tube leading from the bladder , nervous system disorder ..
.As I understand you tried saw palmeto that is used for enlarged prostate.
I suggests to go to your local doctor to do some more examinations to confirm the diagnosis .
He / She will do a urine test , examine your prostate , blood test ,PSA (prostate specifice antigen ) or cystoscopy if its needed .According to the cause you will discuss with your doctor about the proper treatment.
Meanwhile follow these advices :
Put some warm /hot compresses over the bladder,
Massage over the bladder before urination and while you urinate ( will help the muscles )
-Keep drinking planty of fluid during the day, cranberry juice ..
