Brief Answer:
Pancreatic pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Sorry for the delay in my response.

Dull and deep pain in the chest radiating to the back is very typically seen in pancreatic inflammation or infection.

If the pain is associated with indigestion or any other gastrointestinal symptoms, then the pancreatic inflammation can be considered a possible diagnosis.

You may have to get a pancreatic enzyme analysis to rule out the same.

If the pain is superficial in the chest wall, then it could be due to musculoskeletal causes which could be secondary to lack of exercise. Pain killer gel application would help to get rid of the pain for sure.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
