What Causes Deep Pimples On Testicles?
Question: hi I had two deep pimples on my testicles and it releases puss and little bit blood. A doctor advised me to use Neosporin but I didn't find Neosporin so I use Polysporin because it has antibiotics properties. But my pimples don't get better its getting worse so please tell me what should I do now??

I have read the query and will be answered by me.
The polysporin is a good triple drug antibiotic ointment or cream but in my opinion oral antibiotics (preferably cephalosporins like cefadroxyl or cefixime) would be far better option for this type of pimples.
As you described it contains pus and little blood,so there are more chances of having boil or cystic acne which is always painful especially when it is over genitals.
However, the diagnosis can be confirmed only after visual inspection at the lesion.
So,in my opinion you should see some experienced GP or surgeon who will examine it and can prescribe you antibiotics with other symptommatic treatment.
The swelling will be subsided within 3 to 5 days of appropriate antibiotics course.
