Brief Answer:
Can be due to gastritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of sickness after taking tea can be due to gastritis. Avoid taking tea and take a mild antacid and see if the sickness persists. If the pregnancy test is negative then pregnancy is not likely. The delay in periods can be due to hormonal imbalance.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
