What Causes Delay In Period Despite Having Negative UPT?

Question: Hi I had unprotected sex with my gf two months back ,now she missed period last month and used pregnancy kit to test it showed negative we have tested twice bt both the times it showed negative so used mensovit plus took 6 tablets for two days yesterday finished bt dint get her period we both are worried please do suggest

She should get her hormonal profile done including thyroid hormone levels and prolactin levels and ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
