Question: My wife is 20 days above her regular period. She tested three times with pregnancy test strip, but result comes negative every-time. Last test was done yesterday. She is not feeling well from last 2 weeks. She stopped breast feeding our 2 years old son 3 months back.

She don't like to eat any thing and have feeling of vomiting. She also get tired up.
Brief Answer:
She should consult a gynaecologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you again.
As her pregnancy test is negative after 20 days of her missed period date, the chances of pregnancy are less in her case, but there are thus many reasons which may cause delayed menses.
It can be due to stress, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, PCOD, pills, ovarian cyst, sudden weight loss, workout etc.
Her symptoms can be due to delayed menses or can be due to anemia (feeling tired) or gastrointestinal upset.
She should consult a gynecologist and get herself examined and ultrasound pelvis done to find out the cause.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Please revert back to me with her reports.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
