What Causes Delayed Menstruation, Cramps, Vomiting And Back Pain?

Question: My GF has all signs of pregnancy but her last 4 HCG urine tests in 2-3 days are negative.. her periods are delayed by more than 10 days now.
I have heard that HCG Urine and blood test are not reliable..
We are in a country where abortion is illegal. I dont want to wait for few more days for pregnancy confirmation and then leave this country to get abortion done.. I can get mifipristone and misoprostol for abortion to do it our-self.
Please advise if i can have this medicines if pregnancy is not confirmed.

Hi

Symptoms are never predictive of pregnancy and they are not necessarily mean pregnancy.

Especially when urine test is negative 4 times, the chances of pregnancy are negligible.

Mifepristone and misoprostol tablets need not be taken if not pregnant.

Doctor, thanks for replying. Are there any chances that she can be detected as pregnant after few days.. i am asking this because abortion is going to be too difficult that time.. She has almost all signs of pregnancy.. cramp, vomit, back pain, hunger.. many more.. her periods are late by more than 10 days.. i have read many articles that says HCG test get confirmed only if lady body is producing HCG in good amount.. what if her body is not producing HCG ?
Also, are there any problems if she take misoprostol to induce periods if not pregnant..
Sorry, if i am confusing you.. but i appreciate your response.. she has already taken mifipristone and was going to take misprision after 24 hours..Please help !

If its 10 days then urine test should be definitely positive. There is no way she can be pregnant. She cant be pregnant without producing hCG.

There is no problem in taking the tablets if she is not pregnant. It will cause unnecessary pain. Let he continue and finish if she has started,

Thank you Sir.. great help.. She took one mifepristone today... She was going to take 4 tablets of misopristol tomorrow..need your suggestion
1) how to take misopristol tomorrow after 24 hours ? vaginally or Orally ?
2) can four tablets be taken at one go ?
3) if she is not pregnant, will she feel same bleeding and pain ?
4) She took mifepristone after having breakfast.. i hope that should not make any difference ?

Aftre how many hours she should bleed after having 2 misoprostal ? if she does not bleed should she take 2 more misoprostol ?

Doctor, she took misoprostol ( almost 30 hours before ) and bleeding stared 4 hours after taking misoprostol. This bleeding is very light and its more like spotting rather than regular mensuration. Abdomen pain is also not much as regular mensuration. I think her regular periods have not been induced after this pill.
Does she need to take another dosage of this pill or do you think everything is alright? If this is not her period then it’s delayed by more than 13 days now. Is there any other pill that can be taken to induce her full mensuration?
