What Causes Delayed Period And Pelvic Pain On Right Side?

Question: Good morning I am 31 years old and I am 10 days late with my period. I’ve taken 4 pregnancy test and all have been negative. I last had sex on 1/10 and had a normal heavy period that started on 1/29/15 and it lasted for 5 days. I am experiencing pelvic pain on my right side and pain in my lower back. Is it possible that I am in fact pregnant or does these sound like cyst? I am very worried I have an appt with my ob/gyn but not until 3/17.

I can understand your concern.

The chances of pregnancy are not there because of two reason- one you had proper period after sex and your pregnancy test negative after 10 days of missed period.

Your symptoms can be due to cyst or other causes like hormonal imbalance, infection, fibroid, thyroid disorder and polyp etc.

You should consult a Gynecologist and get yourself examined and took treatment accordingly.
