Brief Answer: Hemoglobin deficiency often cause irregular period Detailed Answer: Hi You are using Drospirenone which should help regularize periods. However you seem to have Heam or Hemoglobin deficiency or anemia. Often this is the root cause of secondary amenorrhoea (absence of periods). I suggest you to meet Internal Medicine doctor for immediate treatment. Hope this helps.
