What Causes Diarrhea After Every Meal?
Question: Had my gallbladder removed in April 2014....no problems at all but for the last couple of weeks I have been having bowel problems....Seems like every time I eat I have diarrhea....Is it possible that I coud have suddenly started the dumping syndrome just out of the blue afer over a year of nothing?

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problem of diarrhea when you eat for the last couple of weeks .
Since your gall bladder was removed long ago and you had no problems since April 2014, I do not feel that this is related to the dumping syndrome or so.
I would advise you the following:
Get the routine blood and urine tests.
Stool tests for three consecutive days.
A course of proper medicines like an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics for say for 5 days.
See the results. If benefited, nothing more needs to be done.
If there is no effect then further tests under the guidance of Gastroenterologist will help to get a proper diagnosis and management. I would then suggest colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen.
I hope your thyroid and sugar status are normal.
Imodium is a symptomatic treatment to stop loose stools and does not have any curative effects hence is taken only if there is continuous diarrhea.
