What might be the reason that taking any antibiotic preparation like Amoxicillin or Ampicillin results in loose motion (after taking).
Recently diagnosed with H Pylori (for severe chest pain and discomfort) but its triple therapy is difficult to start due to above reason.

It is a common side effect of Ampicillin and Amoxacillin, there is nothing abnormal in it . Sometimes in some people this happens due to destruction of helpful bacteria in the gut after taking Ampicillin or Amoxacillin.
In such cases taking Probiotics which contains helpful bacteria reduces or stops the loose motions.
I advise you ask your doctor for a prescription of Probiotics and use it along with H.Pylori medicines and you shall not have any loose motions or very less loose motions.
