Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Irritable Bowel syndrome.
I would advise you to get your Thyroid Profile and Fasting Blood Sugar checked.
I would advise following in such scenario:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take soft, bland diet.
3. To take anti flatulent and anti acidity syrup like Digene.
4. To take Smooth Muscle Relaxant like Mebeverine for stomach pain.
5. Drugs like chlordiazepoxide and clidinium bromide are used in refractory cases.
However this is also important to rule out Inflamamatory bowel disease in such cases as you have got red blood in mucous. Now this can be Inflammatory bowel Disease or it can be due to coincidental dysentery or hemorrhoids
So, get examined by your doctor. If he feels the same, he will get your colonoscopy done.
Share my opinion with your doctor.
I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
It can be associated dysentery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes, it can be associated Dysentery (Food Poisoning) due to outside food consumption.
So, your doctor will examine you and if he feels the same, would give you a short course of antibiotic like Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, but if he feels that this could be Inflammatory bowel disease, he would get your Colonoscopy done.
I hope it helps.
