my daughter is teething and she is having loose motions, like 4-5 motions in a day. she is one year old. she is hardly eating anything and looks weak as well. Doctor earlier advised us to use the attached liquid to control the motions. is it safe to give her this medicine. what is your suggestion

Loose stools during teething occurs due to infection. Infection is mostly due to taking things in mouth.
For this, you should start vitamin d drops so that teething occurs smoothly and child stops taking things in mouth due to irritation of guys.
I have seen the picture that you have attached. It contains bacillus clausii which is a prebiotic and will be helpful in loose stools. But, it should not be given more than 5 days at once.
