Brief Answer:
Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, treatment options explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Its likely to be salmonella and/or bacillus cereus food poisoning. If there is blood in stool, high grade fever and a raised TLC count then antibiotics would be required for treating the food poisoning. If the above are not present then fluid replacement with isotonic fluids like ORS/Gastrolyte etc, anti spasmodics and antisecretory agents would suffice as the infection would most likely clear itself. Please consult your doctor to assess for the above options.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
