Brief Answer:
There is associated Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Tender stomach above belly button suggest the possibility of associated Gastritis. The cause of persistent loose motion is likely to be due to development of Lactose intolerance. In the absence of blood or mucous in stools there is no cause for concern.

I would suggest you the following

1. Continue taking Oral rehydration solution
2. Add Probiotic : it will help with reducing stool frequency
3. Anti motility drug like Loperamide will be helpful
4. Antacid will help relieve the upper abdominal pain
5. Avoid Milk and Milk products
6. Get Stool Examination done

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
