What Causes Diarrhea, Lower Abdominal Pain And Fatigue?

Question: I've had diarrhea and lower abdominal pain for 12 hours.... feeling alot of pain and very tired. It doesn't hurt when I urinate. Have had reflux the last 24 hours... Do I need to see a doctor?
Brief Answer:
Drink fluids, take BUSCOPAN AND take Omeprazole!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this diarrhea and lower abdominal pains. I have reviewed your information fully and this is suggestive of a possible food intolerance or intoxication/ For now, I recommend that you drink much fluids to compensate for any losses, omeprazole to relief the acid reflux and buscopan to relief the cramps. Am confident you would feel a lot better within 24hours and there is no immediate pressing need to see a doctor at this time.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, keep me posted.
