What Causes Diarrhoea, Vomiting Along With Abdominal Bloating?

Question: Hello,
I have had an upset stomach for a week now. There has been no diarrhea or vomiting and my stools have been normal however slightly more often than usual. I pretty much just either feel nauseated or have a burning feeling that radiates through my stomach/abdomen. I have been taking omeprazole and zantac and eating a bland diet. Also I took a probiotic yesterday that caused bloating really bad. Should I be concerned or just let it run its course?

Your symptoms could be related to mild form of Acute Gastro- intestinal illness.

I also advise you to start taking Orni-o twice daily for 5 days,Tab. Pantop-D once daily before breakfast and Syrup.Aristozyme.

Meanwhile avoid outside food.Take Electrobion sachets and plenty of fluids.

I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen if symptoms doesn't subside within 3 days.

Sorry, but I haven't heard of any of those drugs. And I'm a nurse. Can they be bought OTC in America?
