Brief Answer:
May be Asthma or COPD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query. With the mentioned BP and Pulse, you are having difficulty in breathing and tightness in chest. Your symptoms are more likely of lung origin rather than cardiac.

You may be suffering from Asthma or COPD(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). I want to know that if you have:
History of allergy
History of smoking
Any wheezing with breathing

If you have any positive history, then you will require investigations like Chest X-ray, complete blood count and spirometry. You need to consult a local pulmonologist for clinical examination, investigations and medicines like inhalers containing brochodilaters and antiallergic medicines. Maintain hydration with oral rehydration solution.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards
Dr. G. Katiyar
