My daughter is almost 18 and has been having trouble with her breathing since she was 13! like she can t can t catch her breath, even while just watching TV. Used to have trouble getting to sleep, now she can but wakes up extremely exhausted like she never slept! Doctor has said many things over the years...she is growing, needs to exercise, nothing changed when she finished growing and got more exercise. Had a spirometry test-neg result. blood test said her white blood count was a little low. But no real answers! She is irritable most times, due to lack of sleep. She is very frustrated! He gave her nose spray, still no change. what about her adrenal glands? can you help?
