Brief Answer:
Trismus-suppurative ear infection?
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your concern.
You seem to have Trismus which is due to the spread of uncontrolled infection your middle ear cavity.
Its extremely important that you get your ear examined for the presence of any pus filled cavity or swollen ear drum by an expert otolaryngologist.
In all such cases oral as well as intratympanic instillation of antibiotics coupled with drainage of fluid/pus is mandate.
This jaw discomfort would appropriately respond to such management.
Thank you.
