Question: I did laparascopy surgery oct 6 to unblock my fallopian tube .I am better now,But me and my husband has been trying for a baby still i cant get pregnant

1. Get your husband's semen analysis done to check if his semen parameters are fine.
2. Please get regular follicular growth ultrasound from your doctor to check if follicles are growing and to identify best time to have intercourse when follicle is rupturing.
3. If you don't conceive by above method in next 3 cycles, please repeat HSG test to check tubal block as there is possibility that tubes could get blocked again.
