Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Please follow the steps below -
1. Take regular folic acid supplements.
2. Get your husband's semen analysis done.
3. Get follicular monitoring done. This is started by a baseline transvaginal ultrasound scan on day 2 of your cycle, and then every alternate day from day 7 onwards to track how the egg follicle is growing.
In irregular cycles, this is the only way to know when you are ovulating.
Ovulation is also documented by follicular monitoring.
4. Get evaluation for your irregular cycles - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free Testosterone.
5. If you fail to conceive after 3 - 6 cycles of follicular monitoring, inspite of ovulation, please go for a laparoscopy to check patency of your fallopian tubes, if they are blocked, IVF ( in vitro fertilization ) maybe needed. If ovulation is a problem, ovulation inducing agents can be taken to enhance egg growth.
Take care.

Am afraid that if I would be giving you any names, I would be searching them from the internet, which even you can easily do.
It is best to consult some patients / friends / relatives and find out a suitable clinic, as I do not reside there so am not the right person to guide you regarding this.
Take care.
