Doctor thanks for your questions.

Suddenly she got fits during third trimester, on the way of reaching hospital she got another fits so doctor suggest us to take the baby immediately is the safest and he said she got fits due to high blood pressure. So he put some injections for fits and he did cesarean. After cesarean she dont get contious for almost 8 days she could not recognise her husband parents she dont know she delivered twin boys. She blink at everyone. She could not use her right hand. We asked doctor he said he is giving medicines for fits so it is normal but 9 th day we shifted her to nurologist after a weak of treatment in that nurologist she could recognise everyone but still she could not see clearly her views are so blurred difficult to see all but she could recognise her parents husband and twins. After a month of treatment there is no big change so we changed our doctor now she is following that doctor for almost 4 month now she could see everything but still blurred view but little improvement right hand she could use that now for brush her teach but she could not use that to wear dress and saree she need help for that so right hand is little better but still not recovered fully, she could understand everything she could do understand/all commands, she have so much facial expressions like crying laughing she is feeling faint loosing contious one or two says in a week.
We really want to help her to get all her talent back, now she could not read even write her own name. I dont know how to help her, can you please suggest us , can she lead normal life like us? How long takes to get all her previous talent back?

Brief Answer:
She should improve in weeks to months time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have gone through the uploaded reports.Though,MRI report says everything is normal, but I am not convinced with it.One image which is placed on the report shows posteriorly dominant signal intensity changes.
I would appreciate if you can somehow get MRI CD and upload it on google drive as a rar file(and share the link here,so that I can view the MRI with my default dicom viewer).
Further, based on the clinical and radiologic background,I am of the impression that she should improve significantly in a few weeks to months time, from her current clinical condition.

Hello doctor right now I could not get that MRI CD can you please help me using that MRI report I will try to get that CD within next two days.
Her doctor told her in the last visit, hereafter there will be no big change she can get because of the treatment. Is that true? Can she get all her skills like before? Especially the eye problem writing reading problem can be fixed?

Brief Answer:
Observation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have already gone through the MRI report.I shall wait for the CD as that will give a better picture of the pathology.
However,I feel only the time to come(possibly few weeks) will tell about the prognosis of the disease.I hope to see her improve in future(weeks to months time). Please get back after getting MRI CD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have seen the documents you have uploaded.I am afraid to say that these documents are of visual field charting and need to be discussed with an Eye specialist.
I,being a neurologist,am not able to make an impression out of it.
