Brief Answer:
It could be due to GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.
After having gone through your history, I am of the opinion that the symptoms are suggestive of some stomach acidity related problem like gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux disease.
However, similar symptoms may also be seen due to heart related problem.
Had you been my patient I would have first advised you to have a routine ECG done to rule out the pain due to heart disease.
Hope I could answer your query.
Should you need more to ask, you may send your query.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
You're welcome
Detailed Answer:
Your problem is GERD, an ECG of your heart would be required if only you had a heart problem. Since you do not have any, Please follow my recommendations for the GERD food pipe problem that you have. This is your best option.
