Question: not walking straight, have to focus to walk straight, and with eyes closed,may lose balance.

You need to consult and visit a neurologist for detailed clinical examination.
Only evening ataxia can be sensory neuropathy. Evening worsening in physical activities can be myasthenia gravis.
The investigations can only be planned after detailed examination.
Investigations like nerve conduction study, blood investigations for vitamin B12, thyroid , renal and liver function test may be required.
Imaging will depend upon examination and previous testing.
