Brief Answer:
This is typical of gastric reflux disease. Use omeprazole!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. They are very suggestive of acid reflux disease. This is caused by food returning from the stomach into the esophagus and the gut. This causes belching, pain, and sensation of a foreign body in the throat.

Treatment consist in initial trial of omeprazole. If symptoms persist, then evaluation with more informative examinations like endoscopy would be done.

For now, try omeprazole as recommend by the pharmacist. It can be obtained over the counter. If you fail to get relieved within a week, report to me and i will review and make further recommendations.

In addition to drugs, avoid alcohol, tobacco, chocolates and fats. Also, avoid leaning forward soon after means and raise the head of the bed with a pillow when sleeping.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for sung our services and feel free o ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
