Brief Answer:
normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for posting in healthcaremagic.

Of all the symptoms that you have mentioned i find everything normal.

Giving pressure while urination and poop is seen in 30% of babies and its normal finding. Its just due to the sensation of urination or poop that they feel. It has no relation with mother's diet.

Egg is good for mother. dont worry.

The stretching is also a very common and normal findings in babies. They like to do stretching.

As for the breathing noises that you hear are due to partial nasal blockage which occurs in babies. Use Nasoclear nasal drop 1 drop on each side 5-6 times per day, this will keep the nose open and noise will decrease. Nasoclear contains only saline water so its absolutely harmless and can be used often when required.

I feel your baby is normal, just take care and feed only breast milk.

Thank you.
