What Causes Difficulty Walking Along With Joints Pain?
Question: I am having difficulty walking and joint pain at times. It started 2 weeks after I had my baby. Tonight I started having heart palpating and was having skipped beats. I also have a lot of fatigue and weakness. My baby is sleeping through the night, I am getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep so I really shouldn't feel this fatigued. This is my 3rd child and I did not have this with the other two. I also restarted my diet pill ace which I have never had any problems with. I am also having dizziness and headaches at times.
Brief Answer:
May be normal after birth...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First, let me congratulate for your baby.
With regards to being fatigued, that is normal after giving birth. I advise to run :
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- cardiac echo to rule out post partum heart failure
- blood electrolytes
Depending on the results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
For the moment, I advise to take prenatal multivitamins and discontinue any other pills you're been taking.

I do also take ace diet pills. Have you heard of any problems with them
Brief Answer:
Follow data on ACE diet pill
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for following up. As I already discussed earlier, it is better not to start any diet pill until you finish breastfeeding.
Please take note that breastfeeding itself serves as a good source to lose weight.
The aim of this pill is to help you burn fat by increasing urination (diuresis ) and sweating.
This will cause loss of electrolytes and dehydration resulting in being fatigued and having spells of dizziness.
Hope it was of help!
