Brief Answer:
degenerative changes and jerks to back
Detailed Answer:
Diffuse disc bulges means the joints between your vertebral bodies are weak. And they are affecting the nerves coming out of your vertebral column. They occur because of aging poor back muscle support and frequent jerks to back. Treatment depends on severity if symptoms and disc bulge. Compression of nerves means it is significant compression. So rest if you are in pain. Later start physiotherapy for building up spinal muscles. And continue vitamin D and calcium supplementation.
