Suggest Treatment After Analyzing MRI Report Of Spine

Age 25,Height 154,weight 64, before 3 weeks i took mri scan regarding backpain,result as follow Subtle retrolithesis noted at L5/s1 level. LV5/SV1 mild posterior diffuse disc bulge noted indenting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac with no significant recesses or neural compromise. Reduced disc height and disc dessication noted at the same level with facet osteoarthropathy. Normal bony texture of the lumbar vertebrae, with no focal lesions identified. Normal site, shape and intensity of the conus medullaris and cauda equina roots. No significant bony canal tightness seen Normal pre and paravertebral soft tissues --- Please let me know..is there any problem with my result..and what should be my next step.what are the treatment for this.

Hello,

Spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 level is a finding that needs more evaluation. Dynamic x-rays are necessary to assess if the listhesis is stable or not. If stable then these findings are considered as minor degenerative changes. If unstable then further treatment is required.
