The sexual act in itself could have resulted in the discoloration you have observed. This will and should slowly clear up without any treatment. But you could promote rapid recovery by following these suggestions sir:

-Try to apply a warm compress to the region from over your clothes
-Try to take a warm shower at least once a day as heat improves blood circulation and this promotes healing
-Do not wear any tight inner wear which can prevent proper circulation
-Avoid sexual contact or masturbation for a while, at least until this clears up
-If at all you do not see the discoloration clear up within the next 3-5 days, please write back to me or report to a doctor immediately.

No sir, I do not think this is anything related to a sexually transmitted infection or disease. Your symptoms are not consistent with any of those infections. But it is most probably due to mild trauma that you would have sustained from sexual contact, and nothing else.

Going to a doctor and getting physically examined is always considered wise, and even if it is absolutely nothing you have nothing to lose sir.

But if at all you are worried about sexually transmitted infections, I can tell you for sure that this is most probably nothing to do with infections sir.
