Brief Answer:
It is most likely Gastritis due to increased acid secretion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
You are probably suffering from transient Gastritis.
I suggest you avoid any pickles, spicy foods or hot beverages.
Your treatment is on the right lines.
I usually suggest my patients Tab Pantop for atleast two to three weeks half an hour before meals twice a day and this usually resolves the problems.
Also avoid lying down immediately after a meal. Have 4 to 5 small meals than 2 or 3 large meals. This will give adequate rest to your stomach which is facing a barrage of increased acid secretion.
Do let me know if I can help with any other queries on this issue.
Take care.
