Initial period symptoms are common.

Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
Your concerns are understandable. You should mention any other medication you may be taking. You should also mention, type of implant used.
In the initial period after penis implant, these kind of symptoms are common. But it's best to go and see your doctor, as a local examination is essential.
Is the sensation only at time of intercourse or present all the time. This is very important to know. The testis discomfort maybe due to a nerve pain in that area.
If the sensation doesn't return in the penis, your Urologist will advice regarding functioning of the implant.

Thank you for the reply. The implant is a Titan OTR and is my second one due to the first one leaking. The tenderness is present all the time as well as the mushy feeling. The lack of sensation during intercourse has eliminated my ability to experience orgasm.
Any additional information or suggestions will be helpful.
I will check back in with my surgeon as well.
Thanks, XXXXXXX
