I am 40 years old female having two sons. Both took birth by cesarean delivery 8 years back.my weight is 78 kg and hight 160 cm. Five months back I felt pain in epigastrium region which got worse on walking and climbing stairs. Later on as the problem increased I realized lump on walking which disappears on taking rest. There is no feeling of sourness, burning and belching. Doctors carried out ultrasound ct scan and endoscopy and ruled out any possibility of hiatus hernia, ulcer, gall bladder stone and umbilical hernia. They say that I have no problem and it is my illusion. But I have problem. My stomach is distended and aches. I do not have constipation. Reports are not possible to upload at this moment as my husband is out of station and I can't approach cyber cafe for scanner.

Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at your history it's obvious that you are obese your BMI is 30.46 kg/ m2
Another possibility is incisional hernia (protrusion of abdominal content through weak scar of cesarean delivery) or a big lipoma ( tumor of fat cells) which can be ruled out by physical examination
So whenever you visit your doctor you can discuss about these conditions
In my opinion you should put in all efforts to reduce body weight and try to get in shape.
Abdominal distension can be related to deposition of fat or excess gas which can be caused by stomach hyperacidity or swallowing of air
I would advise you to take pantoprazole or omeprazole group of drugs for 10 to 15 days
Please upload your reports whenever you can do it so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
