: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) - It is an ear disease which manifests as vertigo (spinning head)/light headedness/dizziness after change in neck position. It is a benign condition which resolves with time.
You can consult ENT doctor for it. He will examine
; Hallpike manœuvre - It is a test in which your head and neck are positioned in different specific positions to induce vertigo. If positive, it means you are having BPPV.
No radiological investigation is required. Treatment is
: Avoiding those neck posture
: Tab Cinnarizine/Beta-histine or combination can be taken after prescription.
: Cervical spondylosis - It is cervical spine degenerative disease with disc prolapse. It manifests as neck pain, radiation to shoulder/hands, vertigo on flexion or forward bending of neck.
